Think inside your AI world.
An insider sale, against a conviction you hold
Form 4 is a constant drip: insiders buying and selling across every public company, most of it routine, scheduled, meaningless. What you actually need is the sale that lands on a company you hold with conviction, at a size or a cluster that presses the very reason you hold it — and that is a line the feed cannot hold, because the conviction is yours.
Read Form 4 through Unl and the whole insider stream arrives measured against the convictions you settled — so instead of a transaction stream to interpret, you get the single sale that lands on a name you hold, at a shape that tests your reason for holding it, with why it crosses. The one, not the thousand.
What SEC Form 4 filings publishes
Form 4 is a genuine public record, and there is a lot of it:
- Thousands of insider transactions a week across every public issuer
- Every trade at once — routine, scheduled, and the rare one that is neither
- Thousands of companies, almost none of which you hold
- No idea which sale bears on a conviction you carry — that context is not in the form
The line the feed can't hold
Say you hold a company with conviction and named what would shake it: my conviction assumes the people who know it best are staying in; if the executives closest to the numbers sell in size, outside a scheduled plan, my reason for holding is under pressure. That condition is a decision you made; it is not a column the feed models.
The reason the line is yours is the whole point. A Form 4 feed can list every filing; it cannot know which names you hold with conviction, or the pattern of selling you decided would shake it, or that a routine option exercise is noise to you when an unscheduled sale in size by the person closest to the numbers is not.
The frame judges the data it is given; it does not verify the source’s accuracy.
The one that crosses
So when an insider sells on the exact name you hold, in the size and shape you said would test your conviction, it crosses — and the other thousand filings that week do not. Through Unl the answer arrives as a verdict: the insider closest to the numbers just sold in the shape you said would press your reason for holding, so the conviction you settled is worth re-examining — here is the filing, read against your reasoning. Same public record; a decision instead of a digest.
You didn't ask — it was already there
You did not ask for it. The conviction was already ratified, so the next time you open Claude on that name the crossing is already in the window — read against what would shake your reason for holding, with the reason it cleared it — rather than waiting for you to comb the insider filings. You author the conviction once; the read applies it every time an insider files.
The answer comes back measured against what you already decided, and why.
The lane is live and open to this tool today: one box, paste anything. If it speaks MCP, Unl can reach it. Readings arrive unprompted, the data beside the criterion; Unl is a courier, not a warehouse, and keeps only your keys and the frame.
Questions people ask
How is this different from an insider-trading alert or a Form 4 tracker?
An alert fires on the source’s rule — an insider filed, above a dollar amount someone else chose. This fires on YOUR rule: the specific names you hold with conviction, the selling pattern you decided would shake it, with the reasoning attached. The feed shows you every trade; the measured read shows you the one that presses a conviction you actually hold, and why.
Do I get pinged the moment an insider sells?
The capability is that the crossing arrives measured against your conviction the next time you are working — it is already in the window, read against what would shake it, rather than a stream you monitor. A scheduled push is a separate delivery; what the read guarantees is that when an insider sale presses the reason you hold a name, it surfaces as a verdict against your conviction, not as one more transaction.
Does Unl change anything at the SEC or in my positions?
Unl reads through the public Form 4 filings, and can write back on your explicit gesture — it never acts as a side effect of a read. The filing is a public record; your conviction lives in Unl; the read joins them and returns a verdict, altering neither.
What this is
Think inside your AI world — you stay in command
Unlimitless (Unl to friends) holds what you've settled, reads what your tools are showing, and catches what's changed out in the world — and hands your AI whatever bears on the work, the moment it's needed, without you asking. The right thing, in front of the model, unprompted, with you in command of the call. So you keep moving toward what you set out to build, on top of everything you've already decided.
It plugs into Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT and Cursor as an MCP connector. Quick to connect, in a couple of steps.
