What the naked read gives you

That's a complete, sourced record. It doesn't know that your hiring bar requires each of three named panellists to use the words 'yes, move forward' - polite enthusiasm and an actual advance vote read identically to a transcript.

What changes when Fireflies is read measured
Say you chair the hiring committee, and you've ratified in Unl that a candidate counts as advanced only when all three panellists' transcript lines each contain an explicit 'yes, move forward' or equivalent, not just positive sentiment - the kind of rule you set after a candidate advances on a transcript full of 'I liked them' that never became a vote.
'Did the panel agree to advance the candidate?' returns, measured: unmet - two panellists say 'move forward', but the third's line reads 'I need to think about it', so the three-of-three condition isn't met. Fireflies supplied the transcript and the speaker-attributed lines; the ratified rule supplied the unanimous-vote condition that turns a transcript into a verdict.
And back again
Once the third panellist sends their vote and you log it in Unl, the same interview question for that candidate returns a met verdict instead of re-reading the transcript for a vote that was never explicit.
