What the naked read gives you
Freshdesk's MCP server hands back a client account's tickets exactly as logged: priority and status attached, first-response timestamp included, nothing rounded off. Search by company and it filters cleanly across custom fields. It's the same data an agent sees in the console, handed over exactly as recorded - urgent, high, medium, low, with the clock times sitting right next to each ticket.
The frame judges the data it is given; it does not verify the source’s accuracy.
What changes when Freshdesk is read measured
Say you're the customer success manager, and you have ratified an SLA rule after a renewal call went badly over a ticket the dashboard had shown as green all week: a ticket only counts as inside SLA if the first response landed within the promised window for its priority, and priority matches the severity the customer actually described.
'Are we inside SLA on the client's account this week?' returns, measured: no - two tickets logged as medium priority carried language matching your high-severity criteria, and both missed the high-priority response window even though they cleared the medium-priority one. Freshdesk supplied the tickets and timestamps; your ratified rule supplied the severity match that decides whether the green badge was earned.

Re-prioritise the ticket or log the response, and Freshdesk carries the update. Unl doesn't keep its own SLA tracker running alongside yours; it rereads the ticket and the same ratified rule, so the verdict moves the moment the record does.

Freshdesk's SLA badge checks the priority a ticket was given. Unl checks whether that priority actually matched the severity described, against the rule your team ratified - so a mis-tagged ticket can pass Freshdesk's clock and still fail yours.
How do I connect Freshdesk to Claude?
