What the naked read gives you

Ask FullStory about the new checkout flow and it will surface real sessions: rage clicks on the discount field, a cluster of dead clicks near the shipping selector, drop-off climbing since Tuesday's deploy. It's genuine behavioural evidence, drawn straight from what users actually did on the page, and for spotting where to look first, that's often enough on its own.

The Head of Growth ratified that a flow counts as broken only when rage-click sessions exceed 8% of visits and drop-off rises at least five points against the trailing week, because isolated frustration is normal but a step-change in both together is a real regression.

'Is checkout broken?' returns, measured: friction: not confirmed - rage clicks sit at 6% of visits and drop-off is flat against last week, under both bars in the ratified rule. FullStory supplied the session and event evidence; your ratified rule supplied the friction definition.

Yes. Unl re-reads FullStory's session and metric data on each query, so if rage clicks climb past 8% of visits alongside a real drop-off rise, the same question starts returning confirmed, with no change to the rule itself.

How do I connect FullStory to Claude?

An org admin enables the MCP toggle in FullStory's own account settings, then you add FullStory as an MCP source in Unl. The connection carries over FullStory's existing masking, exclusion rules and permissions; it doesn't bypass any of them.

Can Unl change anything in FullStory through this connection?

No. The connection is read-only: Unl draws on FullStory's sessions, segments and metrics to run your ratified friction test, nothing more. Masking, exclusions and every other privacy rule already set in FullStory carry over untouched.
