Razorpay supplied the failure counts and the method split; your ratified rule supplied the concentration threshold and the reason you set it - fewer pages for noise, none missed for the real thing.
And back again
After a genuine UPI outage nearly slipped past because it sat just under the count threshold, you add a second condition: any single method above 70 percent of total failures escalates regardless of raw count. The next spike Razorpay reports is checked against both conditions together.
