Shopify through Unl

Shopify shows you what sold and what’s left. It can’t tell you what to reorder — that’s your rule about sell-through and margin, run over the catalogue.

Shopify through Unl reads your live store — products, variants, orders, inventory — against your reorder rule, returning a per-SKU verdict (reorder, hold, drop) with the margin and sell-through reasoning, not a stock list to interpret.

What Shopify holds

Shopify’s official MCP surface (Storefront, Customer-Accounts and Order servers, with community admin actions) exposes:

  • Catalogue, product and variant detail
  • Cart, policies and order status/details
  • Admin: products, orders, customers, inventory

What the naked read gives you

A naked read gives you units sold and stock on hand per line. Correct, and silent on the actual question — because “is this one worth reordering?” depends on a margin rule Shopify doesn’t hold.

The frame judges the data it is given; it does not verify the source’s accuracy.

What changes when Shopify is read measured

Say your reorder rule has two parts, both required: more than 50 units sold in the last 30 days, and margin above 35% at the new supplier price.

“What do I reorder?” returns, measured, per SKU: the hoodie clears both tests — reorder; the tote sold well but drops to 31% margin at the new price, so it fails your margin rule — hold; the mug misses on volume — drop. Shopify gave the units and prices; your ratified rule turned them into a line-by-line decision with the reason on each.

And back again

If you renegotiate the tote’s cost and it clears 35% again, that new price is settled in Unl — and the next reorder read flips it to “reorder” without a manual recheck.

The answer comes back measured against what you already decided, and why.

The lane is live and open to this tool today: one box, paste anything. If it speaks MCP, Unl can reach it. Readings arrive unprompted, the data beside the criterion; Unl is a courier, not a warehouse, and keeps only your keys and the frame.

Questions people ask

Can AI tell me what to reorder in Shopify?

Reading Shopify alone gives you sell-through and stock, not the decision. Through Unl you ratify your reorder rule (say volume and margin thresholds at the new price, with the reasoning), and each SKU is measured against it — the answer is reorder, hold or drop per line, with the why.

How do I connect Shopify to Claude?

Shopify ships official MCP servers for storefront, orders and customer accounts. Through Unl the same catalogue and inventory arrive measured against your reorder rule, so stock reads as a set of verdicts rather than a report.

Does Unl change my Shopify inventory?

Unl reads through Shopify, and can write back on your explicit gesture — it never acts as a side effect of a read.

What this is

Think inside your AI world — you stay in command

Unlimitless (Unl to friends) holds what you've settled, reads what your tools are showing, and catches what's changed out in the world — and hands your AI whatever bears on the work, the moment it's needed, without you asking. The right thing, in front of the model, unprompted, with you in command of the call. So you keep moving toward what you set out to build, on top of everything you've already decided.

It plugs into Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT and Cursor as an MCP connector. Quick to connect, in a couple of steps.

Unlimitless is open now to invited Alpha. Apply for the Beta waitlist to come in ahead of the full launch:
