Ask Smartsheet's own MCP for the Q3 rollout row and it returns every cell - region, spend, status, the lot, all filled in. That's a genuine and current read of the sheet. What it can't say is whether the finance approver has actually seen that row, or whether it's just sitting there complete and unreviewed. Smartsheet reports every cell precisely; whether anyone with authority has actually looked at the row isn't something a cell value can confirm.
