Refund Policy

Try it before you pay.

Free is the whole product at a weekly allowance, with no card, so you can see what Unl does for you before any money moves.

How long you have.

At least 14 days from any payment. Paddle is our merchant of record, so the 14 day minimum in Paddle’s buyer terms applies to every payment here, including each monthly renewal. Ask us after that and we will still read it.

Cancelling.

Cancel any time from Usage & plan in your portal. Your plan runs to the end of the month you paid for, then you are on Free. Nothing you kept is lost, and all of it stays readable.

How a refund works.

Paddle is the seller on your receipt, so refunds are handled by Paddle under Paddle’s buyer terms. An approved refund goes back to the payment method you paid with.

Asking for one.

Email hello@unlimitless.ai with the email on your account and what fell short. A person reads it and takes it from there with Paddle.
