The two naked reads

GitHub returns the review state, checks and alerts. Sentry returns the open issues on the service. Both are accurate and partial; neither pairs code readiness to service stability, so “is it safe to ship this now?” is decided by feel.

The one measured answer

Against your bar: the code side is clean — reviewed, green; but Sentry shows an open severity-one on the service this touches. Not ship-safe by your bar, and it’s the ground, not the code, that isn’t ready.

And back again

If you decide the severity-one is unrelated and clear it to ship, that judgement is ratified in Unl — and the next ship-safe read applies the bar as you’ve now qualified it.
