Think inside your AI world.
Gmail + Xero through Unl
A quote lands in your inbox; the budget lives in your books. Whether to say yes is a ruling you set — and email doesn’t know your budget.
Gmail + Xero through Unl reads a supplier quote and your live budget together against the budget ruling you ratified, so the quote comes back “within budget” or “over, and here’s the room you have” — a verdict, not just a surfaced email.
The criterion that binds them
You ratified a budget ruling — the ceiling for this category this quarter, and why it’s set there. That ruling is what the quote is measured against.
The two naked reads
Gmail returns the quote; Xero returns the category spend and remaining budget. Each accurate and unaware of your ruling, so the “can we afford this?” call is left to you to assemble from two windows.
The one measured answer
Measured against your ruling: the quote is £4,200; your ratified ceiling for this category leaves £3,500 this quarter — it’s £700 over, and the reason you capped it there was to hold the runway floor. Gmail supplied the quote, Xero the room, Unl the ruling and the verdict.
And back again
If you decide to raise the category ceiling to take the quote, that new ceiling is ratified in Unl — and the next quote is measured against the budget you actually intend.
The answer comes back measured against what you already decided, and why.
A router can drop the Gmail quote next to Xero’s figures. It cannot say “over budget by £700, against the ceiling you set to protect runway,” because that ruling lives in neither the inbox nor the books.
The lane is live and open to this tool today: one box, paste anything. If it speaks MCP, Unl can reach it. Readings arrive unprompted, the data beside the criterion; Unl is a courier, not a warehouse, and keeps only your keys and the frame.

Questions people ask
Can AI check a supplier quote against my budget?
Yes, through Unl. You ratify the budget ruling (the category ceiling and why), and the Gmail quote is read with your live Xero budget against it — the answer is within or over budget, with the remaining room and the reason.
Why can't email or accounting do this alone?
Gmail holds the quote and Xero holds the budget; neither holds your ruling. The criterion lives in Unl, so only a measured read across both returns the verdict.
Does Unl send email or change my books?
Unl reads through your email and books, and can write back on your explicit gesture — it never acts as a side effect of a read.
What this is
Think inside your AI world — you stay in command
Unlimitless (Unl to friends) holds what you've settled, reads what your tools are showing, and catches what's changed out in the world — and hands your AI whatever bears on the work, the moment it's needed, without you asking. The right thing, in front of the model, unprompted, with you in command of the call. So you keep moving toward what you set out to build, on top of everything you've already decided.
It plugs into Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT and Cursor as an MCP connector. Quick to connect, in a couple of steps.
Unlimitless is open now to invited Alpha. Apply for the Beta waitlist to come in ahead of the full launch:
